Explanation for Position:
?The Programmer works under the direction of Lead and Senior Web Developers to create design documents from business requirements, develop code to implement designs, and participates in code deployment and production support.
?This position requires a moderate degree of supervision for project task work and requires the programmer to recognize and evaluate issues related to assignments and raise the issues to the supervisor for resolution.
Details of Position:
?The successful candidate must have knowledge of and proficiency in HTML, Web Development using J2EE, Javascript, Java Beans, Java Servlets, Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
?The candidate should have knowledge of and proficiency with XML, Web Services/SOAP, UNIX, Linux application development, GUI design, BEA programming design, CVS, and TeamTrack?.
?Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
?A bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline or the equivalent in education and IT work experience is required.
?This position requires a minimum of 3 - 5 year of web development experience.
