Job Description: Job Description: Quantronix currently has several in-house openings for Technical Recruiters and Sales staff. We are looking for Recruiters who can aggressively recruit for current open and future positions. These positions require recruiting skills in the Technical, IT, and/or the Financial Services staffing arenas.
Job Responsibilities: The recruiter will be responsible for finding qualified candidates to place in temporary or permanent IT/Finance positions at our client sites.
Duties include:
o Correctly breaking down requisitions on technology and business needs and develop job ads/postings accordingly o Sourcing/identifying suitable candidates o Conduct indirect recruiting through major job boards and professional networking sites o Presenting/selling job opportunities to candidates o Screening and Qualifying candidates o Complete necessary pre-employment processes. o Preparing resumes for client presentation o Preparing candidates for interviews; debriefing candidates o Coordinating phone and in person interviews o Conducting reference and background checks o Negotiating contract terms o Building and maintaining excellent relationships with contract employees

Requirements: Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will: o Have a Bachelor's degree o Be able to source candidates for multiple specs in Information Technology covering Infrastructure, App development, Business Analysis, Project Management, Data Warehousing, Web and Client Server technologies o FILL openings! o Possess strong written and oral English communication skills. o Have the ability to learn new skills, technologies, and procedures VERY quickly o Be detail oriented o Have strong time management, organizational and follow up skills o Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of clients and candidates o Strong communication skills and maturity in handling the negotiation process with the candidate. o Ability to source passive candidates through networking as well as by utilizing professional and social networks such as LinkedIn and Facebook o Ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision o Must be able to work the hours that success demands o Must be willing, able, and motivated to spend several hours of phone time DAILY
Experience Required:
o Minimum 2-3 years of recruiting experience required, BUT those who have found success in sales are encouraged to apply o Experience with any Vendor Management Systems and Managed Service Providers is a plus o Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application) o Strong internet and computer literacy skills Knowledge of Database, Internet, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software and the ability to produce a variety of required reports o An in-depth understanding and proven success in resourcing across different technologies through internet, job boards, social media, networking and vendor relationships o A proven track record with the ability to identify, screen and present suitable candidates in a rapid turnaround environment
Other Requirements: o MUST have a desire to make over $100,000 in annual compensation o Be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer
