Job Description: Job Description: As an SAP Support team member, you will be responsible for liaising between business users and SAP team to provide individual and group support for SAP business users, define new business requirements and define improvements to business processes. You will also participate in creating and implementing training materials for SAP rollouts.
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Requirements: Job Requirements: Comprehensive experience in the technical training aspects of SAP. Experience in the preparation of SAP training materials. Stand up training experience. AFS experience required. Extensive knowledge of all aspects of SAP ? MM, SD, BPC, FICO, etc? At least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations with at least one AFS implementation. Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills. Ability to work effectively within or lead a team. Strong facilitation skills. Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style.
