Project Description:
We are looking for someone who is a creative problem-solver who has extensive experience delivering custom solutions. The selected consultant will provide insights on the best database design options and features based on some basic guidelines that will be provided.
Primary responsibilities:
The main responsibility for this position will be to design and build a highly customized MS Access database. Our client's Corporate Operations is looking to build two separate Access databases, one for Vendor Management and one for Business Continuity Planning. Both systems will have front-end templates to input data, backend databases to hold the data, reporting capabilities and the ability to link to/download from other systems.

MS Access (Data, Query, Forms and Report Design): (Required).
Experience in Visual Basic & VB Script:(Required).
Expertise Oracle 9i or 10g :(Desired).
