Project Description:
This position is responsible for client support of all aspects of our audio visual services including video teleconferencing rooms. Must have the ability to speak knowledgeably, provide a positive customer service approach and understand various technologies within this field and know when, where, why and how to apply them to our needs. This person will also assist with routine equipment installation/operation/maintenance and some customer service responsibilities; provide communication & coordination with other offices and with outside vendors & contractors. Additional requirements include experience operating video conferencing & A/V equipment including peripheral equipment such as computers and document cameras as well as coordinating with bridging vendors to establish audio and/or video conferences. Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to video conferencing and A/V equipment and connectivity required.
Working Location : Primary location will be Boston but the Consultant will go occasionally to Marlborough.
Day-to-day duties will include:
Coordinate all pre-installation work with the other trades. Attend construction meetings. Ensure the room is ready for AV integrator (LV cable, electric, etc.) Review and provide feedback on designs. Help with Post-install certifications. Help with general Tier-2 & 3 support.

Experienced as Project Manager: (Required). Expetise in Installation of A/V equipments : ( Required). Expertise in working with multiple AV vendors: (Required). Expertise in working with AudioVisual (AV) projects: (Required). Expertise in working with Tandberg: ( 1 + Year ). Expertise in working with Polycom: ( Highly Desirable ). Ability to read and write CAD : ( Highly Desirable ). Expertise in PC Use, Internet Explorer and Video Conferencing: (Required). Expertise in Room Technology including Presentation Displays and Audio Conferencing: (Required).
