Project Description:
The objective of this project is to provide our client with a more efficiently modeled data repository for all GIS (Geographical Information Systems) data housed within its Enterprise GIS portal and to provide easy accessibility and navigation to the data by means of user-friendly web-based ArcGIS Server applications.
Utilizing our client's ArcGIS framework the scope of the project is to expand the current data model to incorporate the newly converted and migrated GIS data into the Enterprise System, update all existing data layers, create enhanced business logic for data access, security protocols, navigation paths and data updates. The scope also includes the development of end-user specific ArcGIS Server applications utilizing .Net and ArcObject programming for data and system accessibility.
The scope of this project is to provide professional GIS skills and services for four (4) months.

Requirements:
Tools/Technologies/Experience/Skills:
Experience with GIS project plan, implementation and management: (Required).
Experience with Web GIS and desktop GIS Application Development: (Required).
Experience with ArcSDE Geodatabase Design, Development and Administration: (Required).
Should have experience in Spatial Data Modeling, Conversion, Spatial Analysis, Geocoding, Geoprocessing and QA/QC: (Required).
Experience with Metadata data creation and management: (Required).
Experience with ESRI's GIS Technologies such as ArcGIS Server, ArcIMS, ArcSDE, ArcGIS Desktop (ArcInfo, ArcView, ArcToolbox and Model Builder): (Required).
Proficient with Databases Technologies such as MS-SQL Server, MS-Access and Oracle: (Required).
Should have Programming skills such as Web ADF (.Net), ArcObject, ArcXML, ASP.Net (C# & VB.Net), Python, JSP, JavaScript, SQL and VBA: (Required).
