Job Description:
Our Client is a leading provider of IT Solutions to Financial Institutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Senior software engineer to develop and maintain the application.
Lead the development of the overall software architecture and the functional components in accordance with requirements.
Frequent, daily coordination with the requirements analysts as well as members of the management and customer support teams.
Self-organizing and coaching other team members.
Experience Level:
5+ Years
Requirements:
Tools/Technologies/Experience/Skills:
5-8 years of experience as a software engineer for enterprise applications.
Experience with SOA, web services and software architecture: (Required).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in LAMP development and specifically OO PHP: (Required).
Experience with AJAX: (Highly Desirable).
Experience in developing dynamic, highly interactive, and innovative web-based user interfaces: (Highly Desirable).
Expertise in MySQL and optimizing queries: (Highly Desirable).
Excellent communication skills: (Required).
Ability to function well in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed team: (Required).
Education:
College Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science or related discipline.
