Job Description:
Our Client is looking for software Engineers who have experience in object oriented design on high traffic consumer facing websites.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The Software Engineer will join our client's Applications Development Team. As part of this team, the candidate will build scalable, database-driven web applications for the production websites. The Candidate will work with a strong group of other Software Application Developers in a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) environment.
FACE TO FACE AT CLIENT'S EXPENSES .
IMPORTANT:
ALL candidates MUST have proven experience working with pre-existing and extensive codebase because the projects involve not only new development, but also modifications & enhancements activities.
ALL candidates MUST have EXTENSIVE end-to-end development experience.

Requirements:
Tools/Technologies/Skills/Experience:
3-5 years experience programming in object-oriented PHP 4-5 or similar languages, in a professional team environment on high traffic and consumer facing websites: (Required).
Familiarity with Object-Oriented design patterns and how they are used in software design: (Required).
A strong understanding of XHTML, CSS, MySQL and JavaScript: (Required).
Experience with AJAX, JSON, RSS and other Web 2.0 technologies: (Required).
Experience with the use of source code control systems (subversion, cvs, etc.): (Required).
Strong documentation and communication skills: (Required).
Education:
BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
