Project Description:
This Oracle Reports/Discoverer 10g Developer will contribute to the development of Oracle Reports and Discoverer workbooks as well as to PL/SQL development projects. The candidate will participate in all parts of the development life cycle, from requirements analysis, to design, implementation and release. The candidate will leverage past development experience and will be responsible for the maintenance and development of Oracle Reports and Discoverer workbooks. The candidate will fine-tune the performance of the SQL, PL/SQL code base, application specific tables, Discoverer Administration, query creation and Discoverer maintenance.

Requirements:
Tools/Technologies/Experience/Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle Database Developer:( Required).
Knowledge of Investment Systems :( Required).
Oracle Discoverer 10G experience :( Required).
Oracle Forms/Reports expertise:( Required).
Excellent SQL and SQL tuning experience:( Required).
Discoverer Admin experience:( Desired ).
Strong PL/SQL programming skills:( Required).
Proven record of accomplishment working with development teams to provide stored procedures, views and functions to support application development:( Required).
Experience with Unix and shell scripting:( Required).
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong communication skills:( Required).
