Title : HRIS Analyst
Location : Wilmington, DE
Duration: 6 Months

Job Responsibilities:
· The HR Information Systems Analyst is responsible for establishing and maintaining account manager relationship with specified functional group(s) (i.e. Recruitment, Benefits, Compensation, Sales, Human Resources and etc.).
· Provide end-user support for PeopleSoft, on-line employee and manager self-service and staffing/recruiting applications and processes.
· Liaise with the business to identify, design and document requirements for system modifications/enhancements and work with technical team and the business to develop, test and implement.
· Maintain foundation tables which support PeopleSoft and other integrated applications. Develop reports (frequently of a complex nature) using Business Objects XIR2, PS8 Query, Crystal Reports, Excel, etc. to provide information to managers, employees, HR, and external requests as appropriate.
· Develop and regularly run audit reports to verify accuracy and integrity of system data, initiating corrections as necessary and identifying process/procedure changes to minimize or eliminate data inconsistencies.
· Provide on-going HR activity/project support and participate in software upgrades and implementation projects.
· Maintain the Human Resources intranet site using HTML, ASP, Javascript and FrontPage.
· Ensure integrity and security of all HR data through the enforcement of procedures and standards.

Required Skills:
Degree / College Major: BS preferred
Number of Years Work Experience Required: 5+
PeopleSoft experience is preferred, but will review and consider candidates with SAP experience especially if they have Business Objects experience.
