Job Description: Recruiter - IT & Life Sciences Consulting/Contract assignments and Direct Placement services.

The ideal candidate will have experience with IT, Professional, Pharmaceutical/Scientific recruiting, preferably and specifically with Biostatisticians, SAS, CRA's and Medical Writers.
Recruiter will be responsible for:
Full recruitment life cycle - developing and maintain pipeline of resources and profile candidates, creating a daily active, available marketable candidate and bench Hot List, job requirement clarification, postings, sourcing, screening, recruiting, qualifying, negotiating, closing, coordinating pre-employment requirements, and placement of technology professionals on a full-time direct-to-client, full-time direct-to-firm, temp-to-direct, and contract assignment basis (W-2; 1099, H-1b; and C2C).
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Achieve required staffing levels for all clients' requirements
Handle all aspects of sourcing, recruiting and hiring process for full-time and temporary technical openings for all levels of IT, professional, Clinical and Scientific positions.
Coordinate and communicate with management team to assess staffing needs, source, pre-screen, generate leads and maintain records of recruitment activities
Work closely with Makro Sales team members, receive requirements, qualify, screen, negotiate, close and submit resumes, co-ordinate for interviews.
Successful candidates MUST have:
Minimum of 3 years in high activity level full lifecycle Recruitment/Staffing exp. Proven track record in recruiting consulting and staffing professionals Proven track record of pro-active recruiting model Solid multi-tasking ability High energy, work ethic, and a competitive desire to excel Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and negotiating skills with USA market. Excellent skills in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel An in-depth understanding of the Recruitment 'life-cycle' Bachelor's degree, preferably a life sciences degree.
