Job Description: SALES
We are looking for individuals who can identify and build relationships with hiring managers who are in need of IT and Government consulting services in the form of individual consultants. This includes following up on leads from recruiters, consultants and hiring managers. Available tools include our company's proprietary database, office records and marketing programs; networking; researching print media; and cold calling. Develop and maintain client relationships and ensure the quality of your client manager database information through follow-up calls, client visits, and correspondence. This includes selling EMSI's services; gathering organizational information such as consultant usage trends; exchanging market data; assisting managers in defining their needs and advising managers on information such as consultant usage trends; exchanging market data; assisting managers on methods to meet those needs; and differentiating EMSI from its competition.

Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, and media and employee referrals.
Prepare and maintain the employee files/records.

Communicate with the customer on a daily basis when necessary.

Arrange for interviews for prospective employees. Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional standards and conduct reference, background, and checks on applicants.
Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to work flexible hours.
