Job Description: Job Description: Solutions Architect
1. Role: Solution Lead to define the business & technology requirements working with Business & IT stakeholders. This is a fairly big program within a fairly complex environment for one of our largest P&C insurance clients- this role will play a leading role in defining the overall solution as it builds momentum in next few months and work closely with the Solution Architects for the program. 2. Expertise: Should have implementation experience with Compensation packages, preferably Merced in the Insurance industry with good understanding of functional capabilities of these systems and compensation/ benefits models in the industry today
Overall: ? Good documentation and communication skills are obviously very important in this type of a lead role where the consultant would need to drive large group meetings/ workshops etc. ? Strong written, oral communication, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills. ? Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal skills and quantitative aptitude. ? Ability to develop complex reports, perform root cause analysis, and effectively communicate findings verbally and in writing to senior leadership ? Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work and communicate with clients, IT staff, vendors, external partners, System Integrators etc. ? Must be a team player and possess a strong desire to mentor and share best practices for peers ? Experience with data warehousing systems and analytics a plus ? Experience in the Healthcare industry/domain a strong plus. ? Experience in Contact Center environment a strong plus. ? Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field with equivalent experience desired.
