Job Description: Module Lead: Payroll Consultant: ? Payroll - Payroll Processing (RPCALC, Pre-DME, etc) including Third Party Remittance, Rules/schema Payroll schema, sub schema, rules, operation, employee subgroup and functions configuration o Retro-calculation, claims clearing, Gross to net calculations, Check replacements, reversals and manual checks o Rules including X010, U000, X510 ? Wage type processing configuration/valuation (earnings, deductions, gross up, tax advance, imputed income etc.) ? Payroll tax configuration: BSI feeds, TUBS, supplemental income, regular, vacation and payroll results adjustment ? Process model: Configuration including Regular and Off cycle / bonus, correction, on-demand, etc ? Remuneration statement configuration ? Payroll posting to G/L, Month-end accruals, Payroll calendar, ? Payroll Reports including Payroll reconciliation, wage type reporter, tax reporter etc
Module: Taxes and Garnishments Consultant: ? Tax Factory and Tax Reporter, Tax model configuration, Garnishments, Wage Type configuration and Forms (sapscript and smartforms) ? Arrears, garnishments, benefits and miscellaneous deductions (Charity/Parking) ? Calculation Model, state based differentiators ? Reporting and remittance on to Authorities
Module Lead - SAP e Recruiting and Learning ? Drive business process implementation and improvements through design and implementation for self service functionality. ? Develop story boards and business cases to support new functionality requested to enable prioritization ? Ensure optimum utilization of SAP functionality in cost-effective manner ? Assist in creation/reviews of e-recruiting and learning processes and methodologies. Develop SAP SAP ereruiting & learning architecture and road map.
Module Lead - SAP Compensation Management
? Minimum three years SAP Enterprise Compensation Management hands-on configuration & implementation experience (R/3 4.7, ECC 5.0 or above). ? Compensation functional experience must include setting up & supporting the SAP system for Merit and Bonus Processing via MSS. ? Configuration of compensation administration: compensation areas, plans & reviews, eligibility & guidelines, compensation programs, total compensation statement ? Configuration of planning tool for managers via Manager Self Service including LTI granting ? Configuration of budgeting: budget maintenance including monetary and non-monetary budgets, generation of budgets, budget audit report ? Configuration of Job Pricing (Salary Surveys): import of salary survey data, job matching, aging and weighting; market comparison of pay data, salary structure adjustment ? Compensation reporting, and integration with BI for Compensation
Qualifications: ? Ideal candidate's experience to include configuration, testing, and post implementation support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ? 6 years of experience as SAP Functional consultant ? 2 Full life cycle implementation ? Experience in blue print, gap-fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
