Job Description:
We?re looking for an experienced and highly organized Producer with excellent technical and communication skills to join the Online Production department in a fast-paced environment. The producer will be responsible for coordinating and implementing physician promotions products from assets receipt to fulfillment, and will work among production, client services, marketing, account management and external partners. HTML/CSS coding, quality control, and efficient workflows will also be among this producer's responsibilities.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
? Hand codes news alerts and manually updates the website for new postings
? Hold project meetings and generate weekly status reports
? Serves as day-to-day point of contact for internal clients, including the project management team
? Maintains web production schedule, sets project timelines, and ensures the accuracy, quality, and completion of all projects
? Manages production and approval process via established workflows and ensures that all appropriate internal approvals for content have been made
? Works with client services, product management, marketing and sales teams to determine the scope of a project
? Works with internal clients and stakeholders to help define product objectives, scope, and specifications

? Excellent knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS (hand coding and use of text editor)
? Ability to optimize graphics for web usage in PhotoShop
? Proven experience adhering to web production standards
? Three to four years' professional experience in web/interactive project management and experience working with Marketing and Client Services a must; experience working with external clients a plus
