Job Description: We have an opening for an innovative opening for a Sales Engineer. The right candidate will provide technical transfer of engineering knowledge for our sales, recruiting staff and clients. Focus is on existing and prospective enterprise clients, with no cold calling. This person will be a key member of our senior team in a technical capacity and will help support and coordinate our recruiting efforts. Understanding of the customers business, their overall technology goals and how they relate to engineering candidates is key.

This role will require interfacing with our clients engineering departments, hiring personnel and, on occasion, executive management levels via telephone, e-mail and personal visits. You will be proactive in probing the customer on the how and why of their engineering project needs, and will participate in conference calls, meetings and recruiting efforts for contingent labor.
The right candidate should be comfortable in a role as a "go to" resource, and must be highly motivated. An overall understanding of multiple engineering disciplines is a plus; but some technical experience and solid communications skills are a must. The person we seek should also be a self-starter with good team building skills.
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Requirements: 5-10 years experience in engineering or IT operations field. Must have an end-to-end understanding of corporate technologies and infrastructure used by engineering oriented enterprises.
Exposure to the Aerospace & Defense sector is strongly preferred, as we typically place electrical, mechanical, software and systems engineers with large aerospace and defense companies. Must possess refined oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all individual stakeholders. This includes C-Level executives, engineering managers, HR and highly skilled engineering resources.
