Job Description:
Combine your technical skills and management experience to help guide a team of programmers, architects, and analysts as they identify, research, implement, and maintain Internet technology solutions that support the company's business goals.
Responsibilities:
? Gather business requirements and offer critical assessment and recommendation concerning the viability of proposed projects to management including anticipated resource requirements and project risks
? Develop project plans, task lists, goals, and timetables that meet project objectives
? Proactively maintain and enhance applications
? Organize and communicate status of projects and responsibilities
? Understand and implement good software development life cycle practices among projects and staff
? Negotiate and resolve technical alternatives within the project team
? Organize and lead cross-departmental teams along with stakeholders as needed to ensure timely and quality oriented delivery of projects
? Promote the professional growth and career goals of assigned staff; participate in formal performance evaluation and goal setting

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in related field, depending upon position level
2. One year of experience analyzing and defining business requirements and processes as they relate to technology solutions
3. One year of formal project management or leadership responsibility focused on coordinating others in the delivery of technical solutions
4.One year of hands-on software or Internet applications programming experience
5. Ability to identify and drive a phased development and release approach to application development in an agile manner
6. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent organization skills
7. Ability to focus on business value and balance costs versus benefits desired
8. Ability to interface with all levels of internal organizations is a plus
9. Ability to identify root issues as well as recommend and drive mitigations and solutions desired
COMMENTS / NOTES
$40 + per hour based on a 45 hour work week.($100,000 - $115,000 annually) Full-Time opportunity with 100% Health benefits paid, relocation expenses for the out of state applicants and a healthy amount of vacation/personal time.
