OVERVIEW:
Under direct supervision, this individual will provide technical support services, including the review and evaluation of compliance plans submitted by employers subject to this agency?s on-road motor vehicle mitigation rule, as well as providing assistance to employers and local governments subject to the rule.
This candidate will be assigned a specific caseload of compliance plans to review and evaluate. The completion of this task is time sensitive. The temporary worker will have a designated timeframe for the accurate evaluation of these program submittals, and will need to become acquainted with the agency?s computer software and hardware.

Requirements:
1. Must have experience working with PC software, including database and spreadsheet applications, basic office and business practices
2. Must have experience with report writing methodology and techniques, as well as principles of mathematics and statistics
3. Must have experience with governmental agencies and specifically with vehicle trip-reduction and/or emission-reduction programs, or other air quality/transportation issues.
4. Experience working with principles and practices of environmental, transportation, and air quality management related to transportation and mobile sources issues.
5. AA degree or at least 34 semester/51 quarter units completed from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, accounting, transportation or urban planning, the natural sciences, or a related field - submit college transcripts along with your resume to document possession of your college coursework.
