Job Description:
Qualitek Services has an immediate 6-months+-contract opening for a Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies Engineer (3729-5444) in Orlando (FL).
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 or more years of previous work experience.
An experienced engineer is required to assist in the definition and validation of requirements, designs, and solutions related to the roll-out of an enterprise-wide identity strategy involving the use of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technologies. The engineer will provide subject matter expertise related to PKI architectures, designs, and deployments. Primary roles the engineer will play include completing technical documentation of technical solutions related to various PKI solutions, testing/validation of solutions, and contributing in a consultative capacity to other interfacing technologies or components.
Must be willing to work flexible hours. Able to travel.
Senior PKI skills required including Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services experience such as installation, configuration, use of Group Policy, integration with Credential Management Systems, security mechanisms/controls, hardware security modules, and leveraging of smart cards;
- Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment to complete technical prototyping and testing;
- Demonstrated experience in creating technical documentation for developers and administrators;
- Good communication skills;
- Proven ability to demonstrate solutions to business stakeholders.
Must have Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Net meeting, Microsoft Outlook experience.k.
