Bachelor?s degree required, preferably in business. MBA a plus.
Candidate must have a Bachelors Degree with at 5-10 years of previous experience in managing a group of 20 or greater people and running an operational function in an operational or shared services environment or a finance function in Payroll and Travel.

Works with management team to identify, plan for and develop strategies, services and activities related to ERC processes.
0Lead customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution, sharing of metrics and improvement plans.
Oversight of two supervisory direct reports and mentoring their management development as well as their staff.
Strategically prioritize all work, projects and new ideas to align with overall department goals and strategies
Partner closely with Human Resources functions to ensure collaboration of end to end process in the Hire to Retire flow.
Participate and mentor others on acquisition integration teams.
Candidates must have large company and Shared Services experience.
This position will report to the Director and be responsible for the Employee Reimbusement Center (ERC) of the Shared Service Center. The Director Finance Shared Services currently manages the Financial Shared Services center for North America which was established in 2000 to leverage common finance processes across all businesses.
The FSS center currently includes Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Payroll and Timekeeping, Travel Reservations and Reimbursement, and Travel Card administration. The Financial Shared Services Center currently operates on a $8 million annual core budget for 70 employees.
The ERC consists of all employee payments for Payroll, Timekeeping, Travel Reimbusement and Travel Card administration with 20 employees.
The continued evolution will be to transition the Shared Services Center from a Transactional service to a Value Added service by expanding the scope of the shared service center responsibilities and assisting with developing relationships with the recently implemented EMEA shared service center and the current implementation of an ASIAPAC shared service center.
The Finance Shared Services Director is currently responsible for building, optimizing and aligning the shared services team. The team currently totals approximately 69 professionals. As new services are added, the team will also expand. Two managers currently report directly to this Director including the Manager Assets and Accounts Payable/Daily Operations, and Manager ERC (Employee Reimbursement Center).
