Reference Number: CustSerNEWARK Job Description: Fast-growing call center located in the Newark area is presently seeking to add to their call center team! Qualified candidates must have previous 2 yrs customer service CALL CENTER experience and or at least a 2yr. degree. Must be comfortable with high call volume and dealing with difficult customers on a daily basis. Knowledge of Outlook and Word a plus and basic data entry abilities. Temp to hire opportunity starting immediately!Salary is 11/hr. This is a second Shift position from 3-11pm,however, the first six weeks of training are from 7am-3:30pm.
