Reference Number: WH-8361 Job Description: Medical Collections Position Requirements: Ability to review and resolve claim issues and analyze accounts; reconcile balances, debits and/or credits on accounts; facilitate resolution and payment. Ability to maintain constant communication with offsite offices, third party payers, patients, and other internal/external customers. Medical Collections experience is required. This position will handle all commercial and motor vehicle carriers. Applicants should be well rounded in insurance collections, third party reimbursement and have experience working carrier rejection reports, denials, and aged trial balance reports. Must have experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidates must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., $16+/hour depending upon experience.
