Job Description: Albin Engineering Services, Inc. (www.aesi.com) is currently looking for a Business Development Specialist for a major telecommunications company in Santa Clara, CA. Having a solid understanding of signal integrity and RF technologies is crucial to this position.
Job Details:
- Responsible for the development of market/product line business plans and strategic business programs to support sales in designated market segments, identify volume and strategic customers, and develop partnerships.
-Requires the ability to analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic sales direction from market information, and create compelling market analysis presentation.
-Needs to be able to recognize and quantify a business opportunity, and develop high impact business plans to capture business. -Understands how to apply products and solutions to drive business opportunities as well as how to win against the competition.
-Requires a business mindset, understanding of business principles, economic influences, and the business and technical requirements of key customers.
-Is able to construct and apply various business models to maximize sales. May perform forecasting for designated market segments. -May be responsible for interfacing with customers through business engagements or company channel marketing programs. Requires good leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skills.
Job Requirements:
-The primary area of focus will be signal integrity. This is a field related to the fidelity of high speed digital signals. The candidate must also be familiar with RF design as a secondary focus.
