OUTSTANDING JOB OPPORTUNITY WORKING FOR A LEADER IN THE ENTERTAINMENT TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY!

Albin Engineering Services, Inc (www.aesi.com) has an immediate need for a DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ENGINEERING.

Manage a global QA department in next generation technology products. Work with cutting-edge technology in audio and video products in an exciting industry in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Job Responsibilities:
- Direct all global Quality Engineering departments and budgets and lead the QA processes and metrics.
- Manage best practices and efficiency at all global locations.
- Build and Direct a quality team to accommodate to meet the high standards and demands.
- Work with cross-functional managers to meet global processes and tools for bug reporting and tracking.

Experience Level:
5+ Years

Requirements:
- Expert in SQA industry tools and best practices
- BSEE/CS or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 10 years professional experience in quality assurance
- Must have experience in embedded real time audio and/or video processing quality testing and computer networking
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Great people skills, and work effectively with cross-functional managers.
- Ability to multitask , perform under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work for any USA Company.
