Job Description:
We have a need for a Sr. Java Developer to work on project for the Dept of Veterans Affairs. This position requires security clearance hence US Citizenship is mandatory.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title : Sr. Java Programmer

Location : Herndon VA 20171

Duration : 1+ years

Security Clearance : ADP II

Citizenship : US Citizenship is Mandatory

The project is using a SCRUM agile development methodology along with cutting edge technology (BEA Weblogic Portal, Flex, J2EE, and more). The following are some of the key skills/requirements that the individual will need:

The Java developer will require the following skill sets as applicable:
? Must have Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
? 5 years experience in J2EE/Java.
? Experience with JEE open source frameworks ? Spring, Hibernate
? Experience with Flex
? Experience with SQL Server
? Experience with STRUTS 2
? Experience with BEA Weblogic Portal and/or BEA Weblogic Application Server. Experience with other portal products will also be considered.
? Agile experience a plus
