Job Description:
Acts as a liaison between customer and technical solutions/support groups. Identifies business processes, systems, and product requirements. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives using information technology and industry knowledge/requirements. Researches, identifies and develops solutions to problems, and documents requirements specifications. Supports integrated systems tests, working with internal and external clients to resolve issues. Works with technical writers to develop user documentation. Leads teams on projects, studies, implementations, and process improvements. Develops project plans and schedules. Maintains project documentation. Supports all aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations. Combines industry and technology expertise to develop innovative business solutions. All work to be performed on site, no telecommuting.
o Interacts with the client and business analysts to gain an understanding of the business and technological requirements.
o Analyzes requirements and develops functional requirements.
o Develops and manages project plans and schedules.
o Applies metrics to monitor performance.

Technology Requirements:
o Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SQL Plus.
o Experience with applications developed in the following platforms is a plus: UNIX, Oracle, Java, PL/SQL, and C++.
o Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
o Demonstrated ability to develop business process and data flows for complex systems.
o Demonstrated ability to provide System Development Life Cycle plans, schedules, and documentation.
o Experience with DoD or VA healthcare a plus.
