Reference Number: DA-139206 Job Description: *** Must be a US Citizens.*** We are looking for a Sr. Java Developer for one of our direct end client in Seaside, CA for a contract assignment to begin ASAP till October 2010 (with a possibility of an extension). Job Description: =============== As a senior J2EE Engineer, duties will include full life cycle application support. The candidate will be highly proficient in Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) application development skills. Candidate will participate in application software analysis, design, development and maintenance activities in support of projects using J2EE architecture and Object Oriented Design principles. The work must be performed on-site in Seaside, CA. Required Skills: =============== -> Must be a US Citizen and capable of obtaining an IT-II clearance. -> Bachelors Degree (computer science, information systems major preferred.) -> Strong communication skills required. -> Ability to independently analyze, design and implement applications using an object oriented approach required. -> 5 years experience developing Java applications using J2EE. -> Experience using struts -> Experience using JDBC. -> Knowledge of SQL required -> Experience with Web Services. -> Knowledge of file parsing (not required but a plus).
