One of our client is currently supporting USPS Remedy System and are looking to provide a Remedy Administrator to augment their current IT Service Management and Planning team onsite with USPS at their location in Raleigh, NC.
Overall support for the Remedy System providing various activities to include but limited to technical system support, testing and system upgrade support, user administration, user troubleshooting support, reporting, procedure documentation in an ITIL and SOXA environment.
Provide Remedy 7.x Administrative Support in the following areas: Problem Management Change Management Asset Management SLA Management
Provide some Remedy application support as it pertains to maintaining the existing system. Provide Remedy Reporting Support. Provide End user support and assist with troubleshooting issues. Provide support with Remedy data input, maintenance, and clean up. Assist with requirements gather and solution designs. Assist with testing, system upgrades and disaster recovery tests as appropriate.
Experience Level: 5+ Years
Requirements: Technical Requirements:
Proven experience providing Remedy Systems support. Ability to provide Remedy reporting and assist with the creation of new reports. Proven application support with a knowledge of Remedy system workflows, configuration data elements, schema functionality, web interfaces, etc. Knowledge of database management as related to Remedy databases. Knowledge of HTTPS and SQL environments. Knowledge of Remedy error codes, issues, security interfaces, etc. Ability to provide progress and status reports both written and orally.
