Job Description:
Excellent long term contract employment opportunity for a Space Planner with some supervisory experience along with a background in Facilities or Real Estate Department of a large office complex.

The person will be involved with all space planning issues for a large commercial office complex.
Successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordinating moves, managing inventory, space allocation, etc.

Experience Level:
5+ Years

Requirements:
Candidates should have a technical degree along with 5+ years of Corporate Facilities planning experience.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to interface with clients and senior management staff.
Must have expertise in AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of CAFM software package such as Archibus is a plus.
Must be proficient in the use Microsoft Office.
