Job Description: Function: Candidate will provide subject matter expertise to an Information Assurance entity. Delivering presentations on IA subject matter and working with the Information Assurance Division Head/Information Assurance Manager. Providing analysis of existing security designs and proposing new designs as needed. Provide analysis of scanning and hardening efforts including scan level data interpretation. Help educate co-workers and customers on latest vulnerabilities and provide a monthly assessment of new risks.

Requirements: Requirements: An advanced degree or BA/BS or equivalent in Information Assurance or similar discipline. Minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience in DoD Information Assurance. Masters and Ph.D. degrees in specialty may be used for 2 and 6 years of experience, respectively. Extensive knowledge in certification and accreditation (C&A) including DoD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) and DoD Information Technology Security Certification & Accreditation Process (DITSCAP). Ability to lead a team of seasoned professionals in a common goal of completing the mission. ISC2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or similar certification required. Extensive knowledge of enterprise network security design/architecture is required. DIACAP validator certification a plus. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain an interim and a permanent U.S. DoD Security Clearance required.
