Job Description:
Donovan Technical Staffing is a full-service staffing company that specializes in placing IT & Engineering resources across the U.S. and Canada. We currently have a contract to permanent or permanent Crystal Reports Developer position in Boston, MA. Responsibilities Include:
· Work with the Operations Program manager to customize the new
system in accordance with the various state and Network
requirements
· Use Crystal reports to develop a complete set of new reports to
meet the needs of a diverse set of users; modify existing reports
as needed
· Review business requirements and generate the technical and
design requirements as defined in our client's Software
Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process for the project
· Work with the development team to design, write, test, and
document required programming code based on business
requirements
· Ability and willingness to share knowledge of functional and
technical information with other team members
· Ability to accurately estimate the levels of effort to accomplish
various projects and tasks
· Provide technical support to existing Network-wide systems,
including asp.net web applications and SQL and Access database
systems
· Ability to successfully meet established deadlines and project
goals
· Perform application setup of key criteria, rules and other key
components
Requirements:
· Associates Degree (Bachelor?s degree strongly preferred)
· Minimum of 3 years experience Crystal Reports required
· Experience with using ASP, .Net, VB is desired
· Experience with SQL Server and Access; Cache database is a plus
· Experience in database and table design
· Ability to analyze requirements and generate technical
specifications
· Involvement on a major project utilizing a SDLC methodology is a
plus
· Able to consistently meet deadlines
· Provide task estimates and be able to produce within those time
estimates
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
· Ability to work as an individual contributor or in a team
environment
· Experienced using Microsoft suite of products including Word,
Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Visio
