Reference Number: 123asdf456 Job Description: Transportation company is seeking Dispatchers to put on site at it?s financial printing client?s Carlstadt and South Hackensack facilities in support of the upcoming tax season. Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, 11:00pm-7:30am. Days: 7 Days a week. Duties: Candidate will coordinate with employees on site at the client?s facilities, as well as drivers in transit to ensure a smooth supply chain. Candidate will be working with mass shipments from a financial printer, a tangible supply chain that will need to be efficiently expedited and routed on the same day, often within hours. Candidate must have the ability to make decisions in moments in order to ensure a steady operation. Candidate must also be able to recognize and diagnose problems in the supply chain. Candidate must possess the communication skills necessary to work with client?s representatives to solve any such problems. Experience Level: 1 Year Requirements: Experience: Dispatch experience required. Ability to use CXT system, Have a background with Xcelerator, preferably (but not required) Familiarity with tri-state area. Candidate must be a ?self-starter? with the ability to work unsupervised.
