Job Description: Job Summary · Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. · Develops recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings, including internet or other online sources · Develops and maintains network of employment agencies to help identify and source qualified candidates. · Initiates contact with possibly qualified candidates for specific job openings. · Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants. · Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position. · Performs reference and background checks on applicants. · Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in organization. · Writes and places job advertising in various media. · Develops and coordinates internal job posting program and writes job postings. · Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates. · Files and maintains employment records for future references. · Conducts orientation for newly hired applicants · Assist with additional HR duties as assigned · Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements: Requirements · Bachelors Degree · 3-5 years of professional/office recruiting experience · Transportation Industry experience and knowledge preferred · Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint · Exemplary verbal and written communication skills · SPHR or PHR Certification a plus
