(Meville) CALLING ALL ENTRY LEVEL, RECENT GRAD, and EXPERIENCED: - Computer Science Majors - Information Technology Majors - Networking majors - Systems administrators - Data Base adminitrators - CCNA Certified - A+ Certified (pending and obtained) - AND ALL COMPUTER RELATED MAJORS AND TRAINING COURSE STUDENTS AND ALUMNI ALIKE!!! Top Entertainment and Telecommunications is searching Technical Support Representatives to provide extraordinary technical support in their busy call center located in Melville!!! This is a perfect entry level position for anyone interested in IT. Computer Science or Information Technology majors WELCOME! Much Room for growth! This is a full-time temp to perm position paying $13.75 to start. Candidates will be made permanent, contingent on performance and attendance within 3 months. 40 hrs a week. 5 days a week. 8 hours a day. Overtime available! MUST have a FLEXIBLE Schedule! Experience Level: Entry Level Requirements: * Must have full knowledge of computer applications, software and hardware. * Must be able to type a minimum of 50 WPM (will be tested) * Minimum 6 months experience working in a call center or heavy phone volume environment. * Must be comfortable working with clients over the phone in a busy environment. * Must pass a 10 year criminal background check and drug test. * Must be able to commute to Melville, Long Island.
