Reference Number: TECH-CBV Job Description: TECHNICAL SUPPORT NEEDED FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY!!! *BILINGUAL SPANISH* Looking for Technical Support Representatives to work for a Major Telecommunications Company Located in the Bronx. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to jump start their career into the Information Technology field. The starting pay is $13.75 and will increase once candidate has been offered the job permanently! Candidates will be made permanent within 3-4 months (based on performance and attendance) This is a full-time, temp-perm position. 5 days a week. One weekday and one weekend off. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES ONLY NEED APPLY!!! Experience Level: Entry Level Requirements: Qualifications: - Must have extensive knowledge in computer software and hardware. - Must have at least 6 months experience handling technical support issues via phone. Some Customer service experience or call center experience is strongly preferred! - Must be able to type 50 wpm or more. - Individuals who have A+ Certifications and degrees in a computer related field are strongly preferred.
