Job Description:
1. Seeking enthusiastic contract Distribution Engineer with a strong background in Material Handling Equipment, Sortation Systems, AS/RS Systems, AGV Integration, Storage Systems, Racking Systems and Equipment (High Pyle Systems), RF Storage & Location Systems, WMS, ERP, MRP, Systems Integration, Facility Planning & Layout, Yard Management, In-Bound & Out-Bound Ops., Assembly & Manufacturing Integration, HAZ MAT, Stochastic & Deterministic Simulations (Continuous & Discrete), and Time Studies.
2. Knowledge and application of technical principles of Statistics (Parametric & Non-Parametric), OR (Linear & Non-Linear), Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, CPM, and Industrial Engineering.
3. Work is performed with direction, daily updates, and expectations.
4. Progresses the successful completion of assignments and projects.

Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
1. BS/BA degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Systems Engineering, Operations Research, or Systems Engineering and minimum of seven (7)-years experience as an IE or DC Engineer within a Distribution Center or as a Systems Integrator.
2. Proficiency in MS Project, Access, Excel, VISIO, and AutoCAD & CATIA.
3. Must be a US Citizen
4. Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Programming Experience in FORTRAN, Visual Basic, & AS400, and Replenishment Cycle Optimization, and AI (Expert-Systems) within ERP Systems.
