Job Description:

Experienced software engineer with flexibility, skill and efficiency to work on a variety of assignments. Primary work is developing embedded real-time GPS software for state of the art defense and ammunition technology. Missile tracking, attaching GPS receivers to shell casings, etc.
POSITION:
Work on developing embedded real-time GPS software. May also include tasks such as developing software tools, supporting field demo efforts, providing customer support, and supporting proposals and bids. Tasks span the software life cycle from requirements definition to analysis, testing, documentation, customer interface, formal verification, presentation, etc.
REQUIRED:
?All candidates presented must have an Active Secret Clearance to be
considered. Interim clearances are not acceptable for this project.
?A minimum of a BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Electrical Engineering (or related field) and at least 4 years of
software-related experience
?Real time embedded SW development experience (4 yrs.)
?Knowledge of software development process and a willingness to apply
the developmental process to assignments
?Candidate needs to have very good verbal and writing skills.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
?GPS knowledge / experience
?Knowledge of Ada and Jovial software languages
?Experience with hardware/software interaction
?ClearCase
?ClearQuest
?DOORs
