Job Description:
Position is for a Systems Engineer. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing, under limited supervision, tasks primarily associated with the verification phase of a communications system consisting Radio suites,Filters, Antennas, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Computers, etc.
REQUIRED:
* Developing and reviewing verification plans and procedures
* Setting up equipment for verification testing
* Performing verification and recording test results
* Analyzing anomalies and developing corrective actions
* Distilling data and compiling test results into deliverable
verification reports
Tasks may also include developing equipment installation guides/instructions.
PREFERRED Skills desired:
* Knowledge of RF communications systems (radios, antennas, filters,
etc)
* Knowledge and understanding of Ethernet and VOIP
* DOORS experience a plus.
* Planning for, ordering, and procuring needed equipment to perform
verification testing
