Local OH mechanical/electrical design house seeking PCB Designer with strong Mentor Graphics skills. This position will support the development of in-house technology/hardware as well as outside design work in electronics/medical equipment and avionics hardware. Candidate should have experience in creating printed circuit board (PCB) physical design, and in creating PCB documentation such as electrical schematics, bill of materials, and assembly drawings. Day to day work duties will include PCB design, development of PCB component library elements, creation of PCB documentation, configuration control management of associated documents, and other electronic/electrical design tasks.
This position will require at least an Associates degree in Electronics or equivalent technical discipline. A minimum of 3 years experience designing PCB layouts is required with Mentor Graphics.
Other Qualifications Experience with Mentor Graphics Expedition, Knowledge of mechanical software (SolidWorks, SolidEdge or Autocad) and other supporting software CAM350, PCB Libraries a strong plus.
