Job Description:
? 3 years of successful face to face sales experience (telecom, cable services preferred)
? Strong understanding of the dynamics of selling through Partners
? Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales quota
? Account planning is a plus
? Required to work weekends
? Undergraduate degree preferred
? Experience with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Description:
Responsible for all aspects of sales attainment within an assigned territory including; field visits, onsite coaching, sales support, onsite selling, and marketing. The CW is responsible for quota attainment at each agent location. Develops and implements account plans and touch strategy for each Partner.
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the sales of residential broadband and entertainment services through a network of Partner managed accounts.
? Develops quarterly account plans which detail activities to be executed on, which will focus the account on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
? Provide formal and ad-hoc product, process, and selling skills training as needed.
? Conducts field visits according to a territory touch strategy.
? Meetings with Store Principles, Owners
? Work with partners in development of marketing campaigns (DM, print, local events) with the goal of increasing sales for that account.
? Maintains accurate records of all sales activities including field visits, presentations, follow-up activities, and sales within the assigned territory.
