Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Planning and development of infrastructure roadmaps, best practices and methodologies Blade or Servers, VOIP.
Network Infrastructure and Wiring Plant, Storage Management, E-Mail and Messaging Systems, physical security, Desktop Systems, and System Monitoring and Management Tools.
Execute strategic plans to implement enterprise infrastructure.
Assist in the translation of the business requirements .
Assist PMO team to translate specific projects into actionable work plans that accurately reflect staffing and other costs.
Manage Network Systems design and develop network, data center, telecommunications and storage systems.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of new hires within the Infrastructure Strategies function.
Work on teams with other management personnel to develop and design Enterprise solutions.
Responsible for working with the Infrastructure Administration team to establish ongoing maintenance.
Mediate and resolve SLA compliance issues.
Oversee implementation of any system changes or new capabilities to ensure compliance with SOX requirements and IT policies.
Participate in the design of new solutions to mitigate identified SOX deficiencies and violations of IT Policies.
Works with the peers within the IT dept to ensure that effective security systems conform to business requirements and application privacy and security standards.

Requirements:
Tools/Technologies/Skills/Experience:
10 years of experience in IT Network Systems and Architecture: (Required).
2 + year of experience as a Manager level supporting Network Systems and Architecture: (Required).
7 + years of experience in Server, Network and Storage Management: (Required).
Experience with VOIP and Data Center Design: (Required).
2 to 3 weeks of travel per quarter: (Required).
2 + years of Restaurant Industry experience: (Highly Desirable).
Education:
BS in Computer Science, Networking or Systems Administration Certification.
