Job Description: One of the largest privately held electrical and data contractors in the nation has an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager. **Successful candidates MUST have prior experience managing large commercial ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS** Job Duties: Oversee Electrical Contracting Projects from beginning to end Oversee and direct the Project Managers and Project Engineers Pricing/Costing - controlling the cost of the projects is essential to this position Build long term customer relationships by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions Identify new business opportunities Additional duties as determined by Group Executives

Requirements: Preferred Job Requirements: 10+ yrs Electrical Project Management - hard bid & design build commercial electrical projects. Large commercial projects (5M+) experience. Strong Union labor management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as team environment. Ability to present in a professional manner and represent the company image. McCormick 8000 estimating system or similar system experience. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction or related field experience desirable but not essential.
