Job Description:
Bilingual Spanish customer service reps. needed to troubleshoot technical issues from major call center located in Co-op City, Bronx. Paid training provided. This would be an excellent opportunity for any entry-level computer technicians looking for a stable, full-time position within the field of Information Technology or Multi-media and Broadcasting. Recent Grads Welcome! YOUR SCHEDULE MUST BE FLEXIBLE!!! *Work schedule will be 5 days a week. One weekday and one weekend off.*
 
Requirements:
Must have a flexible schedule! ? Must be able to speak fluent Spanish and English ? The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast paced call center environment. ? Must be able to type a minimum of 50 wpm. ? College degrees or certifications a definite PLUS! Recent Grads welcome. ? Must have at least 1 year's experience as a call center rep. or 1 year's experience handling heavy phone call volume. ? Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background and drug test screening.
