Job Description:
CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! IMMEDIATE OPENINGS in Melville, Long Island!! We are looking for Computer Savvy Customer Service Representatives for a Major Entertainment and Telecommunications Company located in Melville, Long Island. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, friendly personality, and should be able to provide great customer service for our clients! Reps will be responsible for troubleshooting technical problems and answering account inquiries. Paid 4-week training! This is a temp to perm position. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES ONLY! Starting pay is $13.00-$13.75 per hour (Depending on Experience). Maximum 40hrs a week. Overtime can be requested. Compensation will increases once the position is offered permanently (pending good attendance and excellent job performance).
 
Requirements:

Requirements: * MUST have at least AS Degree or 60 College Credits. * MUST be extremely computer literate! (You will be tested) * MUST be able to type a minimum of 45 wpm (You will be tested) * MUST have some experience in a call center environment or customer service with heavy phone call volume. * MUST be able to pass a 10 year background check and drug test.
