Job Description:
This position will be responsible for production support of various IT Applications including CIBAR, SWIFT, MONTRAN, CHIPS, EIS monitoring and networking support.
Education:
? B.S. Degree in Computer Information Services, Computer Engineering, Business or equivalent years of experience.
Experience:
? 5 years networking support
? 5 years Production Support
? 3 years customer facing support
Desired Qualifications:
? The candidate should be well versed in production support and networking management principles.
? Be able to assist the team's adherence to the SDLC industry standards.
? Candidate should have working knowledge of LAN / WAN technologies, system architecture and design, production support and client facing skills/techniques.
? Candidate should be well versed in Microsoft Operating systems, scripting and job control provide project support and environment status to maximize uptime and report downtime track time entry ensure productivity assign and follow-up on work tasks continuously improve automated environment maintenance services document environment configurations using Visio
? Sybase ASE 12.5
? SQLSvr200 & 2005
? Solaris 10
? Windows 2000 & 2003 servers
? DBA Skills
? Ability to program in UNIX shell scripting (ksh, csh, &bsh)
? JavaScript, HTML, ASP, .NET, Sybase and Oracle stored procedures

? Microsoft Active Directory
? Microsoft Exchange 2003
? IBM FileNet
Certificates/ Licenses:
