Job Description:
Provides complex troubleshooting assistance and ticket resolution for computer users.
Client PC Hardware/softwar e repair.
Hardware installations of Network Equipment and Servers
Administration work required in support of cell phones and blackberries.
Technical support of other hardware including but not limited to printers, security cameras, card readers, and 2 way radios.
Required to test and become a Client Certified repair technician
Technical support of other hardware including but not limited to: printers, security cameras, card readers, and 2 way radios.
Work with vendors in support of hardware maintenance
