Job Description:
As an IT Staffing Business Development Manager, IT Staffing Account Executive, or IT Staffing Account Manager you will apply your prior experience working in the IT Staff Augmentation or Direct Hire Placement industry building customer relationships. To be successful you will need to have prior professional experience executing client development through various methods intended to qualify customers for TCM staffing services.
Responsibilities include; targeting and prospecting decision makers or those that can influence a partnership where contract or direct hire IT or Engineering staffing services are required. As the primary client contact you will also partner with our internal technical recruiters to qualify and secure appropriate technical talent to meet client requirements.
Candidates must possess and demonstrate the following:
Proven record of generating new business or experience expanding existing client relationships
Effective communication skills that drive appointment setting
Commitment to teamwork and results
Self motivated and proven team player
Capability to work under pressure
Prior success selling building relationships in IT Staffing or Engineering Staffing services for either contingent or direct hire permanent placement workforce labor solutions..
