Job Description:
2+ years solid working experience with VMWARE and Exchange
? 4+years managing a Network/Windows team responsible for defining, implementing and maintaining the standard operating procedures.
? 3+years solid experience and understanding of Windows 2003 Operating Systems.
? 3+years knowledge and experience in Cisco network design and equipment.
? 3+years managing installations and upgrades.
? Management of day to day operations including issue resolution, resource utilization and task schedule management.
? Provide leadership to the Network/Windows team to best meet the commitments and the project target dates.
? Support backup, recovery, performance and tuning, problem determination and resolution.
? Must have excellent troubleshooting skills.
? The individual must have strong Project Management skills.
? Must be self motivated and find answers on his/her own.
? Must have a strong understanding of monitoring and capacity planning tools.
? Must be willing to work long hours and weekends if required.
