Federal Employment Compliance Guidelines - What You Need to Know

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is part of the U.S. Department of Labor's Employment Standards Administration. OFCCP is responsible for ensuring that employers doing business with the Federal government comply with the laws and regulations requiring non-discrimination. This mission is based on the underlying principle that employment opportunities generated by Federal dollars should be available to all Americans on an equitable and fair basis.

Effective June 30, 2007, America's Job Bank, the official federal employment job board, ceased operations. The OFCCP recently published an article, "Mandatory Job Listing Requirement Update" on how contractors should list employment openings with the closing of AJB.

Net-Temps Customers' Jobs are Already Being Posted on America's Job Exchange

While the Department of Labor (DOL) does not certify job boards as being compliant or non-compliant, Net-Temps has partnered with America's Job Exchange, the successor to and creator of AJB, to have customers' jobs cross-posted and searchable on their website.
