One of the easiest ways to recruit for diversity is to make sure your company has a presence on minority-focused websites. What follows are some sites that you should consider that offer various combinations of job listings, recruitment-marketing services, and diversity-related news.

Note: This list is by no means meant to be exhaustive. Rather, it suggests places where you might start your search for diversity candidates.

General Diversity Websites
HireDiversity.com This site includes channels for African Americans, Asian Americans, disabled job seekers, Hispanics, and women. Place banner ads, post jobs, and search resumes.

DiversityWorld.com Posting, sponsorship opportunities, and lots of links to other diversity-related resources.

African American-Focused Sites
National Urban League As the site puts it, "The mission of the National Urban League is to assist African Americans in the achievement of social and economic equality." Job posting, resume searching, and sponsorship opportunities.

Black Career Women Job posting and advertising/sponsorship.

National Society of Black Engineers NSBE comprises 250 chapters on college and university campuses, plus 50 alumni chapters, and counts more than 10,000 members. Job posting and advertising/sponsorship.

Black Data Processing Associates This site is aimed at "students eager to join the information age and IT professionals seeking advancement," and gets more than 200,000 hits per month. Free job posting.

Hispanic American-Focused Sites
Saludos.com This site gets 500,000 hits per month. Job posting and sponsorship/advertising.

DiversiLink For Hispanic engineers. Advertising/sponsorship and job posting.

Hispanic Employment Program Post jobs free.

LatPro.com Jobs site for speakers of Spanish and Portuguese. Job posting and resume search.

Hispanic Online Publisher of Hispanic, a magazine with a circulation of 250,000. Online job posting and resume management tools.

National Society of Hispanic MBAs This organization has 1,500 members. Job posting and recruitment advertising.

The Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Made up of 170 student chapters with 5,300 student members and 42 professional chapters with more than 1,500 professional members. Free job posting.

LatinoLink Latino portal. Sponsorship/advertising and job posting.

JobAccess This site, for people with disabilities, includes job posting.

The Tribal Employment Newsletter This site, targeted to Native American job seekers, offers job posting, advertising, and additional resources.

American Indian Science and Engineering Society Members include 278 active science and engineering professionals and 1,405 college students. Job posting and sponsorship.
